Whilst we are all so restricted try as much as you can to get out in any outdoor space or take a walk in your local area.
Try making a small obstacle course in the living room if the weather is bad, crawling under chairs climbing over boxes etc.
Practice some simple balls skills, kicking throwing and catching. Or try balancing on one leg.
