When Bea gets worried, she keeps thinking 'what if' different things go wrong. Are there times when you found yourself getting worried like her? Was there anything you found helpful? Slowly take a deep breath in, as if smelling a flower. Now, close your eyes and think of something which you would like to let go. Breathe it out slowly, as if blowing out a candle.
