Good afternoon everyone,
I hope you've had a great Friday.
Staff are having a go at the Guess Who game too. Obviously I know which one is mine! but from there I've been looking carefully. Some of them are pretty obvious but I'm struggling with others - might just have to guess!
I know lots of you are talking to mums and dads about school re-opening. Please be reassured that we will support you, whatever you decide. I will still be here making videos for you, emailing you and uploading learning. And, more long term, when we are able to socialise in bigger groups we will get together as a class. Keep smiling
Answers are attached below.
Missing you lots,
Good morning message for parents:
Good morning mums and dads, I hope you are well and your children are being good to you.
Earlier this week, you will have received a letter from the school in response to the Government's plans for school re-opening.
As a school, the safety of the children and staff is our greatest priority but we cannot make firm decisions regarding this until we know the number of children who plan to attend.
We understand this is not an easy decision to make but would ask for a response as soon as possible so that we can continue to support your child in the best way possible. Please respond to the school office email.
Thank you for your support,
I hope you have a great day today.
Please remember 3pm today is the talent show deadline. We want as many entries as usual so please encourage each other and your siblings.
In other news, Mr Rogalski and all the staff have been busy putting the next school challenge together. It's great. See below - you have all weekend to ponder over it. Perhaps have a go as a whole family one evening.
Answers will be shared on Monday.
Friday’s maths is multiplying decimals. There are 10 skills questions to choose from and trickier challenge for those of you who wish to have a go.
Watch this video to learn how to do it. PLEASE watch it so you understand the idea behind the decimal places – it will matter LOTS when you goo to high school.
This teacher does it by lining up the place value but I think this is more confusing.
