Learning Objective: I can use art to reflect my experiences.

To begin, I would like you to create a piece of artwork that reflects your experiences in lockdown. This artwork could include...

  • Things that you have done, such as baking or going for walks.
  • Who you have spent lockdown with, such as your family and pets.
  • How you have felt in lockdown, such as happy to be with your family or sad because you miss your friends.

You can use any tools and materials that you have at home to complete your artwork and it is just for you! But you may like to share your artwork with somebody in your household and discuss with them how you are feeling.

Activity Two

For the second part of today's lesson, you will need to go outside! This could be your garden, a local park or you could even go for a walk with your family. I would like you to try and name every plant that you see in your surroundings! You could use the plant hunt sheet, underneath, to help you or even make your own! I would then like you to select one plant and look really closely at it. Can you identify each part of the plant from the first part of today's lesson?
